Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rackt mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using Rackt, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Rackt. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. About Rackt
Rackt is a sports-related mobile platform that includes features such as user profiles, groups, match organization, tournaments, and rankings. We reserve the right to change or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
3. User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Rackt for any unlawful purpose, harass other users, submit false match results, cheat, or interfere with the Service's operation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. User content
You retain ownership of the content you submit, but you grant Rackt a worldwide license to use, host, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.
6. Rankings and match results
You acknowledge that rankings depend on user-submitted data. Rackt does not guarantee absolute accuracy and reserves the right to adjust data to maintain fairness and integrity.
7. Payments and subscriptions
Paid features and subscriptions are processed by third-party providers like Stripe. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rackt's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of €100 or the amount you paid to Rackt in the 12 months before the claim arose.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Finland.
